Step 1

Send us a brief email outlining your travel plans or intentions, including:

Destination (if you know it),

No of people travelling

Proposed dates of travel/duration of trip

Any other information or thoughts you might have about your travel plans

Step 2

We will respond, advising what services we can offer, and suggesting those  which would be most appropriate for you, with specific pricing quotes for each option.   This will include a brief concept showing what will be included in your design.

Decide what services you require at this stage.

Payment of a deposit is required at this stage.

Step 3

Now, we want to get to know you.

What you like and dislike when travelling.

We ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire about your interests, likes and dislikes, hobbies, travel style (eg frenetic or relaxed), accommodation preferences, etc.   We can also cater for a variety of preferences – it is rare that all people traveling in a party will want to do the same thing all the time!

Our questionnaire is the most detailed around - it will throw up questions and possibilities you have never even considered for your trips. We have no standard itineraries. We want to get to know each client as well as we can, to ensure that your specific likes and dislikes, interests, passions, and habits are catered for in a custom designed itinerary. 

Step 4

And then we work our magic - giving you a daily suggested itinerary and schedule, with all those extras which are our specialties, and which make the difference between an average trip, and a great trip. It is as simple as that.

This stage can involve further correspondence/questions and clarification.

Step 5

Final Payment , and Delivery of the completed Design
